Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manhoef throws a right hand that misses
and Grimm counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Grimm advances position into side control!
Manhoef is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Grimm asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Grimm has hold of Manhoef's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Manhoef tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Grimm cranks the arm and Manhoef screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Manhoef, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Otto Grimm!
