The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Destroyer fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Podgaetschii avoids it really well and circles away.

Podgaetschii gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Podgaetschii gets through Destroyer's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Podgaetschii prevents a takedown attempt there.
Podgaetschii lands a nice shot to the body.

Podgaetschii drags the fight down to the ground.

Destroyer is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Podgaetschii is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Podgaetschii has escaped and now he's on top!

Destroyer has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Podgaetschii can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Podgaetschii stays in close to Destroyer's body and controls the position.

Let's hope that Podgaetschii has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
