Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Harry Pitts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fanta Orange (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Harry Pitts! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fanta Orange! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pitts moves into range and clinches up with Orange. Orange fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Pitts gets control of Orange's arms and successfully pulls guard. Pitts will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Orange wants to pass the guard but Pitts is keeping the position. Pitts will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Orange throws a big elbow that misses. Pitts controlling the position. Pitts knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Orange on the ground. Pitts wants to sweep but no luck. Orange thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Orange not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Orange looking to pass the guard. Pitts on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Pitts tries to get out of the position. Pitts is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pitts keeping full guard, as Orange tries to pass. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pitts escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Orange gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Orange is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Orange wants to control from the top but Pitts keeps moving. Orange slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pitts parries the strikes from Orange easily there. Orange is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Pitts to escape.
Orange working away. Orange controlling the position. Orange throwing shots but missing, from side control. Pitts dodges the ground and pound from Orange. Pitts is not content to let Orange control the position. Pitts seems a little lost for a moment, as Orange dominates the positioning.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Orange stands up. Orange wants to clinch. Orange throws a nice looking combination but Pitts bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. No luck with that takedown attempt from Pitts. Pitts tries to clinch there but Orange circles away.
Pitts shoots in and gets a takedown into Orange's guard. Orange is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Pitts throws a big right hand that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Orange is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Orange kicks Pitts off and gets to his feet. Orange shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Pitts has taken the fight to the clinch.
Pitts breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pitts shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Orange as he avoids it easily. Pitts checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Orange shoots in and bounces Pitts off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Pitts is breathing heavily. Orange not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fanta Orange dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Pitts tries to close the distance and clinch but Orange swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Orange looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Some wild striking there from Orange.
Pitts has closed the distance and engaged Orange in a clinch.
Pitts has Orange pushed against the cage. Orange is looking for a takedown. Pitts lands with a left to the head. Come on Pitts - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Pitts jumps guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pitts trying to control the position.
Pitts looking to hit a scissor sweep but Orange is one step ahead there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Orange wants to control from the top but Pitts keeps moving. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Pitts doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Pitts is wriggling around but Orange manages to pass to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Orange missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Orange is trying to control the action in half guard but Pitts is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Pitts pushes Orange off but Orange dives into side control.
Pitts tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Orange wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Orange wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pitts keeps working. Pitts controls the position for a moment. Orange should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Orange misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Fanta Orange has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Orange trying to control the position but Pitts is working away. You can see the frustration on Pitts's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Orange advances to full mount. Orange stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Pitts tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Orange swivels and escapes. Pitts tries to clinch but Orange moves out of range. Orange tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Pitts clinches with his opponent.
Pitts creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Pitts pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. No luck with that takedown attempt from Pitts. Orange stuffs the takedown. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Harry Pitts will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Orange looks to throw the jab but Pitts is out of range. Orange stuffs the takedown. Pitts gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Orange is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Orange tries a knee to the head but Pitts blocks it.
Pitts is looking for a takedown. Orange is trying to break the clinch but Pitts has him pressed against the cage. Pitts is pressed up against the cage. Orange has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Pitts down to the mat. Pitts avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Orange tries to clinch and Pitts counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Orange gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Orange looking to control.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Orange is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Pitts defends well. Orange working a defensive guard but Pitts passes into half guard.
Orange gets full guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Orange is on top in guard.
Orange sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Pitts's guard. Orange wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pitts keeps working. Orange wants to pass the guard but Pitts is defending well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Orange thows a huge punch but Pitts dodges it nicely.
Orange tries to pass the half guard into mount. Pitts knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Orange goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Pitts turns into him and now he's in Orange's guard.
Orange trying to keep a closed guard but Pitts is proving a slippery customer.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Orange throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Orange looking for a sweep. Not yet Orange, not yet. Pitts trying to control the position from guard on top but Orange is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Orange is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Fanta Orange wasn't active enough on the ground. Orange misses with a takedown attempt - Pitts sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Orange shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pitts but Pitts pushes him off and we're back to square one. Harry Pitts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fanta Orange.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pitts throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Orange. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Orange is defended easily by Pitts. Orange tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Orange tries to clinch but Pitts moves away and Pitts cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Orange shoots in but Pitts avoids the takedown attempt easily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pitts throws a head kick but Orange moves out of range.
Orange with a poor takedown and Pitts counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Fanta Orange. I think Orange has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
