The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernandes uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

It looks like Fernanda Limbo has been cut.
Limbo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fernandes tries to avoid it but Limbo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fernandes to the ground. Fernandes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Fernandes swats away the attempt to clinch by Limbo.
Limbo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Fernandes jabs at Limbo's body.
Limbo has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Limbo gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Fernandes gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
