The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Noons counters with a head kick.
Frost on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Frost tries for a takedown but Noons circles away easily
and Noons counters with an inside leg kick.
Frost looks for a takedown but Noons sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Frost. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Noons plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like Jack Frost has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Noons lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Noons's coach down at Clean and Green was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Noons's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

and Noons counters with a body kick that stops Frost in his tracks momentarily.

and Noons finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
A slapping leg kick lands for Noons.
Frost throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Noons's waist but Noons gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Frost off to one side.
Noons buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
KJ Noons is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Frost stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Noons.
Noons throws a head kick that half lands.

Noons keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Jack Frost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Frost has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Noons.
Oh Frost is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Noons turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Frost seems to have got his legs back now.

Noons throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Frost shoots in looking for a takedown but Noons manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Frost's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Noons throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Frost.

Jack Frost's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Noons bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Noons throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Frost crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
