Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Alyssa Summers and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darvintos moves into range and clinches up with Leonard.
Leonard prevents the takedown attempt.
Darvintos stalls.
Darvintos is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Leonard is defending well for now.
Darvintos misses with a punch to the body.
Leonard prevents a takedown attempt there.
Leonard could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Darvintos tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Leonard avoids it.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Darvintos closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Darvintos lands in his opponent's guard.
Darvintos trying to control the position from guard on top but Leonard is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Darvintos distracts Leonard with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Leonard wants to get back to his feet but Darvintos passes into half guard.

Darvintos decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Kareem Leonard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hague Darvintos.
Leonard goes for a double leg but Darvintos avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Darvintos continues to drive forward.

Darvintos tries to throw a body punch but Leonard avoids it by throwing Darvintos back against the cage.
Darvintos tries to work over Leonard's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Darvintos misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Darvintos dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Darvintos's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Darvintos will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Leonard closes this distance looking for a takedown but Darvintos circles away.
Leonard shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Darvintos as he jumps to the side.

Leonard has taken the fight to the clinch.
Leonard tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Darvintos smiles and moves away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Darvintos darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hague Darvintos dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Nice takedown defense from Darvintos. No joy for Leonard on that attempt.
Leonard shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Darvintos as he jumps to the side.
Horrible takedown by Leonard or perhaps it was just good defense by Darvintos which made him look bad.

Leonard might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Darvintos darts in and clinches Leonard up against the cage.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
A nice right hand lands inside from Darvintos.
Leonard is fighting off a takedown attempt but Darvintos is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Leonard to the mat. Leonard regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Darvintos stands and steps away. Leonard gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Darvintos shoots in for a takedown but Leonard shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Darvintos closes the distance and clinches up with Leonard, looking for a takedown. Darvintos pushes Leonard against the cage but Leonard circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Darvintos using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Leonard has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Darvintos is trying to push Leonard away but Leonard has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Oh Leonard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Leonard tries to pull guard but Darvintos won't allow it.
Darvintos manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Darvintos lands a nice knee to the body.
Darvintos just leaning against Leonard, taking a breather.
Darvintos manages to break the clinch.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Leonard.
Darvintos throws an overhand right that has Leonard reeling! Darvintos follows up with more punches and Leonard is out cold! This one is all over!
