PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sewy Cide (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franz Gusz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sewy Cide!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Franz Gusz!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Richard Clark and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gusz crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Cide - the referee stops the clock and Gusz gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Cide. Gusz manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
A chopping leg kick lands by Cide.
Gusz avoids the head kick by Cide.

Cide fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gusz, pushing him back against the cage.
Cide works on Gusz's body with a couple of short punches.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cide misses with a short punch on the inside.

Cide manages to break the clinch.
A swing and a miss from Gusz.

Oooooh!!! Cide has knocked Gusz down with a huge combo! Cide steps away and waves a wobbly Gusz back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Franz Gusz has been cut.
Cide changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Gusz looks winded!
Cide flashes Gusz a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Gusz's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Gusz crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Cide punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sewy Cide!
