Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between BJ Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Traps Mcgee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is All Summer Long. BJ Silva has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, BJ Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Traps Mcgee!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in and bounces Mcgee off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Mcgee wants to get back to his feet but Silva is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Silva is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Mcgee kicks Silva off and gets to his feet.
No joy there for Mcgee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mcgee looks to land a left hand but Silva moved out of range nicely.
Mcgee pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Silva fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Mcgee stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Mcgee throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Traps Mcgee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mcgee scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Silva fails with the takedown.
Silva shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for BJ Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mcgee lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Mcgee.
Mcgee throws a looping overhand right but Silva ducks down to avoid it.
Silva looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Silva takes one to the chin there.
Silva will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Mcgee scores with a crisp jab that stopped Silva in his tracks.
Silva fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Silva moves out of range of the body kick.
Mcgee uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Silva is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva slips under a jab from Mcgee.
Mcgee drops Silva with a straight right hand, right on the button! Mcgee follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
