Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Gaarlandt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Andy Scott was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andy Scott!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gaarlandt throws a one two combo.
Gaarlandt lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Scott circles away quickly and effectively.
Gaarlandt clobbers Scott with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Scott throws a lazy uppercut
and Gaarlandt counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Gaarlandt lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Gaarlandt.
Scott shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gaarlandt sprawls well. Gaarlandt wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Scott gets slowly back to his feet.
Gaarlandt walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Scott drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Gaarlandt swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Scott's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ricardo Gaarlandt!
