The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxhorn throws a leg kick but Jones moved away.
Boxhorn misses with a hook.
A big right from Boxhorn misses.

Boxhorn looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Boxhorn not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Boxhorn wants to pass to mount but Jones is defending the position.
Boxhorn misses with a head shot. Jones uses the momentum to regain guard.

Boxhorn has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Boxhorn throws a strike but Jones rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Boxhorn wants to stand and escape but Jones is having none of it.
Boxhorn has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Jones is pushing down on Boxhorn's leg trying to pass to half guard. Boxhorn is fighting to maintain full guard but Jones has managed to sneak the leg through.

Jones is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jones is bucking up trying to escape but Boxhorn cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Boxhorn throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Jones because Boxhorn loaded up on that one.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Boxhorn stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Jones checks the leg kick nicely there.
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Boxhorn finish him?
Boxhorn lands with a big right hook that stumbles Jones - he's out on his feet here! Boxhorn follows up with another monster hook that separates Jones from consciousness! Jones falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Boxhorn stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
