Watt has chosen 30 Seconds To Mars - Closer To The Edge as his entrance music. Shadow Deathgrip has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Derek Watt!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Watt darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Watt throws a hook to the side of Deathgrip's head but Deathgrip sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Watt fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Deathgrip manages to avoid it.
Deathgrip fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Watt paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
A big right from Watt misses.
Watt misses with a straight right.
Deathgrip on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Watt. Watt obviously looking to wear him down.
Deathgrip looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Watt.
Watt fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Deathgrip manages to avoid it.
A head kick misses from Watt.
Deathgrip takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Deathgrip on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Watt. Watt obviously looking to wear him down.
Derek Watt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Watt displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Deathgrip.
Watt lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Watt forces Deathgrip back against the cage and clinches.
Deathgrip misses with a body punch.
Watt is defending well against a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shadow Deathgrip. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Watt lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Watt lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Deathgrip or not.

Watt lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Deathgrip backwards.
Still in the clinch, Watt scores with a nice short uppercut.

Oh Deathgrip is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Deathgrip really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Watt pushes Deathgrip against the cage. Watt is working some dirty boxing. Watt pushes off with a quick right hook! Deathgrip goes down! Deathgrip tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Watt moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
