Li's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, dig it deeper just to throw it away. Chong Li could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kaare Pedersen's chin.

Li has a takedown stuffed.
Pedersen looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Li shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pedersen but Pedersen pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Li shoots for a takedown but Pedersen saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chong Li. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pedersen throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Kaare Pedersen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Li shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pedersen as he avoids it easily.
Li looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pedersen is fending him off so far but Li persists. Nope, Pedersen circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Li shoots in and drives through. Pedersen sprawls well.

Li is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Pedersen looks calm but he's in trouble here. Li gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Pedersen is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Li lets go of the hold and Pedersen can pop his arm back in it's socket.
