Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dave Vargas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Syke Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dave Vargas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Syke Tyson! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Daniel Franklin and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A slow jab from Tyson misses its intended target. Tyson jabbing away but nothing is landing. Vargas gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Tyson throws the left hand but Vargas avoids the punch easily. Vargas decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Vargas is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Tyson! Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Tyson is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Vargas has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Tyson is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

And that's the end of the fight! Dave Vargas showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Vargas, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
