Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joaquin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Joaquin wants it to stay on the feet.
Sergei Garkov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Joaquin moves into the clinch.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Garkov jumps guard.
Joaquin trying to control the position from guard on top but Garkov is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Joaquin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Garkov swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Joaquin stands up from Garkov's guard - Joaquin perhaps looking for a knockout.
Garkov lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Joaquin circles away quickly and effectively.
No joy there for Garkov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Garkov circles away from the clinch attempt.
Garkov fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Joaquin avoids it really well and circles away.

Garkov closes the distance and pushes Joaquin back into the cage.
Garkov lands an uppercut.
Garkov breaks from the clinch.
Garkov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Garkov fails with a takedown attempt.

A left and a right from Garkov both land. Nice combination.
Joaquin misses with a head kick.
Garkov lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Garkov fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Joaquin, pushing him back against the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Garkov has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Joaquin avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Joaquin fails to pull guard.
Joaquin wants to get back to striking at distance but Garkov won't allow it.
Garkov just leaning against Joaquin, taking a breather.
Garkov scores with a shot to the side of Joaquin's head.
Garkov goes for a takedown in the clinch but Joaquin prevents it.

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Joaquin goes for a takedown attempt but Garkov pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

and Garkov counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
A nice right hand lands inside from Garkov.
A frustrated look appears on Joaquin's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Garkov unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Joaquin! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Garkov is unloading with more strikes now! Joaquin drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
