Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Stevie Wells!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Muhammed Lawal!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Thiago Cunha and Mauricio Rocha.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wells fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lawal shoots and misses
and Wells counters with a straight right hand.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Wells can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lawal is looking to escape.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
