The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Shields with that takedown attempt.
Steak misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Steak!
Shields throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Steak's waist but Steak gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Shields off to one side.
Shields fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rick Shields. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Steak scores with a sloppy right hand. Shields should have avoided that one.
Steak lands a lovely overhand right.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Shields avoids a punch combination nicely.
Steak tests Shields's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Steak seems to be stalking Shields here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Shields drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
