Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stash Kadowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mustafa Al Turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kadowski comes to the cage accompanied by Rammstein - Ohne Dich . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 10 - 1, fighting out of New York, Stash Kadowski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
31 - 13 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mustafa Al Turk! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kadowski throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Al Turk shoots in for a double leg but Kadowski sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Kadowski scores with a slapping inside leg kick. We've been hearing reports that Kadowski has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Al Turk throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

and Kadowski counters with a nice leg kick. Kadowski throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kadowski moves away from the strike by Al Turk. Kadowski misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A low kick from Kadowski misses and Al Turk makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Al Turk checks a leg kick nicely. Stash Kadowski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kadowski is looking to chop away at Al Turk's legs. Kadowski throws a hook but Al Turk blocks it. Al Turk throws a body punch but Kadowski moves out of range. Kadowski ducks under a wild hook from Al Turk. Kadowski avoids a punch combination nicely.

Al Turk is trying to push Kadowski away but Kadowski has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. A nice left hand lands by Al Turk.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Al Turk fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kadowski looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Al Turk misses with a two punch combination.

It looks like Mustafa Al Turk has been cut. Kadowski throws a shot from downtown. Al Turk moves away and avoids it. Kadowski throws a solid leg kick but Al Turk takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Kadowski. Kadowski clinches up with Al Turk and pushes him back against the cage. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Kadowski. Kadowski doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Al Turk unloads a knee to the mid-section. Kadowski lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Kadowski prevents Al Turk from breaking the clinch. Kadowski throws a head punch that misses. Al Turk blocks an uppercut.

Al Turk uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kadowski. Kadowski throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Al Turk drives through with a takedown into Kadowski's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. This has been an exciting period of action! The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Al Turk preventing the sweep. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Al Turk throws a big elbow that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Al Turk postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Kadowski wants to sweep here but Al Turk controlling him for the moment. Kadowski swivels though and keeps the full guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Al Turk is in close to Kadowski's body, working some short punches and elbows. Kadowski manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Al Turk manages to get himself to full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Stash Kadowski will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Mustafa Al Turk's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Kadowski throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kadowski tries a head kick but it misses.
Al Turk throws a body punch but Kadowski moves out of range. Al Turk drives through with a takedown into guard. Al Turk keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Kadowski's head. Kadowski manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Al Turk manages to get himself to full guard.

Al Turk looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Kadowski has picked Al Turk up and slammed him! Al Turk can't keep hold of the triangle and Kadowski manages to pass to side control! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Al Turk tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kadowski wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Al Turk takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Check out the look on Kadowski's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Al Turk is rocked! Al Turk is not content to let Kadowski control the position. Kadowski working the head and body with strikes. Al Turk is still in real trouble! Can Kadowski finish him? Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Al Turk manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Al Turk seems to have recovered his senses. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kadowski holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Stash Kadowski overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Al Turk working the head and body with strikes. Al Turk winds up and cracks Kadowski with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Al Turk seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Kadowski looks like he's trying to stand up.

Kadowski on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Al Turk missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Kadowski has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Kadowski is looking to control Al Turk's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kadowski avoid being mounted? Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Al Turk preventing the sweep. Kadowski is trying to control the position but Al Turk postures up. Al Turk is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Al Turk connects with a couple of short punches. Al Turk stopping the sweep attempt from Kadowski. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kadowski thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Kadowski not landing any meaningful shots this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Stash Kadowski will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Mustafa Al Turk's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Al Turk regains half guard. Al Turk is trying to get back to full guard. Kadowski sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Al Turk defending well though. Kadowski will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Al Turk is trying to maintain the position but Kadowski is very close to passing his half guard. Al Turk looks like he's trying to stand up.
Mustafa Al Turk has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kadowski trying to control from half guard but Al Turk is working away. Kadowski throwing shots but Al Turk is blocking nicely. Kadowski thows a huge punch but Al Turk dodges it nicely.
Kadowski is nestled in close to Al Turk, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. This has been an exciting period of action! Al Turk trying to control here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kadowski trying to control from half guard but Al Turk is working away. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Stash Kadowski is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Stash Kadowski. Al Turk shoots in for a takedown but Kadowski shows good takedown defense. Stash Kadowski is winning the standup battle so far. Kadowski connects with a leg kick. Al Turk looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Kadowski keeps the fight on the outside. Al Turk is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Al Turk is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kadowski sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Al Turk takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kadowski rushes Al Turk and presses him up against the cage. Kadowski doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Al Turk is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Kadowski tries to work over Al Turk's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Al Turk stalling in the clinch but Kadowski improves position. A head punch blocked on the inside by Al Turk. Kadowski takes a knee right on the jaw!
It looks like Stash Kadowski has been cut. Kadowski tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Kadowski lands with a right to the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Al Turk gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Kadowski.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Al Turk is looking to break free of the clinch but Kadowski has double underhooks.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Stash Kadowski. Well Kadowski has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
