PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Thurgood Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eriku Landstrimma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins comes to the cage accompanied by Mary Jane. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Landstrimma takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jenkins tries to bum rush Landstrimma with a series of wild strikes but Landstrimma uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jenkins. Landstrimma does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jenkins has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
