Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenny Powers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sukakhu Kurama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kenny Powers! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Sukakhu Kurama! The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Winston Alpacca and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Powers scores with a jab. Powers looks to land a combination. Kurama sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Powers tries to clinch up but Kurama circles away and keeps his distance. Kurama closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kurama lands in his opponent's guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Powers is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Kurama connects with a couple of short punches. Powers manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Kurama fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Powers throws a good cross that connects.
Kurama shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Powers as he jumps to the side. Powers tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kurama paws at him with a jab and circles away. Kurama keeps the fight on the outside. Powers misses with a two punch combination.
Powers swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A combination from Powers does no damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Powers tries to clinch up but Kurama circles away and keeps his distance. Powers fails in his attempt to clinch. Kurama drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Powers is looking to stand up but Kurama isn't so interested in that idea. Kurama is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Powers on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Powers tries to get out of the position. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Sukakhu Kurama has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Powers fails in his attempt to clinch. Powers throws a nice looking combination but Kurama bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Powers tries to clinch up but Kurama circles away and keeps his distance. Kurama looks for a takedown but Powers sprawls well. Kenny Powers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sukakhu Kurama. Powers sizes up Kurama with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Powers scores with a jab to the head.
Powers moves in looking to clinch but Kurama pushes him off. Kurama keeps the fight on the outside. Powers tries to clinch but fails miserably and Kurama counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Powers's guard now. Kurama is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Kurama keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Powers's head. Powers wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Kurama manages to pass to side control. Powers is breathing heavily. Kurama with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Kurama has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Kurama trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Powers is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Kurama working for a guillotine from mount but Powers is in no mood to give up. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Kurama controlling from the full mount. Powers is trying to stand but he's just given Kurama his back. Kurama working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Kurama patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kurama has his arm under Powers's chin here. Game over son! Kurama squeezes tightly and Powers is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Sukakhu Kurama! In defeat, Kenny Powers stepped up to the mic, saying 'Kenny "fuggen" Powers IS the champion. And you fuggen know it.'.
