Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Thuam Chaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Bellic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chaka comes to the cage accompanied by Heart of a Champion. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chaka slips under a jab from Bellic.
Chaka shoots in but no luck this time.
Chaka takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Chaka shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Bellic is defending against the submission attempts here by Chaka.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chaka is working for a kimura but Bellic is defending it quite comfortably.

Bellic is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Chaka's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Chaka's back!
Chaka breaks Bellic's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Connects with an elbow from the bottom, proving to the judges that he's still active off his back.
Chaka slips nicely into half guard.
Chaka is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Bellic is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Bellic really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chaka. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Chaka has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Bellic defend it? Chaka steps over the head and cranks it - Bellic is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Chaka!
