Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Charles Handly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Parvati Mellia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Handly comes to the cage accompanied by You Dropped a bomb on me. Mellia has chosen KMA - Pommeja as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mellia swats away the attempt to clinch by Handly.
Handly is looking to clinch but Mellia is avoiding it.
Handly gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Mellia tries to keep at a distance but Handly has taken the fight into the clinch.

Handly shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Handly showed some decent athleticism there.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Mellia wants to stand and escape but Handly is having none of it.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Handly accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Handly wants to control from the top but Mellia keeps moving.

Handly is looking to work some ground and pound but Mellia has wrist control.
Handly is in close to Mellia's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Handly drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Mellia manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Handly has Mellia in his guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mellia stands up from guard. Let's bang!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Charles Handly dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Handly shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mellia but Mellia pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mellia connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Mellia fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Handly manages to avoid it.
Good exchange - Mellia coming out on top.
No joy there for Handly, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Mellia counters with a stiff right hand.
Handly looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mellia throws out a loose jab but Handly uses good head movement to avoid it.
Oh Handly is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Mellia flashes Handly a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Handly's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Handly crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Mellia punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Parvati Mellia!
A pretty intense looking Parvati Mellia took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
