The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reynolds jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Perez throws a right and a left that Reynolds avoids nicely.
Perez on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Reynolds does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Perez pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Malcolm Reynolds seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Reynolds moves into range and connects with a jab.

It looks like Gary Perez has been cut.
Perez walks into a stiff left hand from Reynolds.
Reynolds darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Perez is rocked!
Reynolds is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Perez.
Oh Perez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Reynolds lands a brutal uppercut that launches Perez off his feet! Perez tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
