The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Fili is looking to clinch but Wilson is avoiding it.
Fili misses with a straight left.
Wilson throws a push kick but Fili slaps the foot to one side.
Fili throws a big shot that misses.
Wilson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fili throws out the jab.
Fili throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Wilson looks to score with a jab to the body but Fili is just out of range.
Fili tries to close the distance and clinch but Wilson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Fili lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Fili.
Fili tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Fili pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Fili is looking to clinch but Wilson is avoiding it.
Fili thows a body shot but no joy.
Fili walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Fili throws an elbow but it's blocked.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Wilson throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Filis head.
Fili throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Fili lands with a light punch inside.
Fili lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Wilson backwards.

Fili's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Wilson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Wilson there as he acknowledges the shot.
Fili tries to clinch up.
Wilson looks to score with a jab to the body but Fili is just out of range.
Fili lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Wilson throws a low kick but Fili moves out of range easily.
Wilson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Fili stuns Wilson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
A punch lands to the side of Wilson 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Wilson is rocked!
Ange Fili seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fili misses with the combination.
Wilson jabs at Fili's body.
That kick from Wilson tenderised Fili's leg. Fili is trying to keep his angry face on.
Fili misses with a straight right.
Fili pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wilson misses with a kick to the body.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Wilson.
Wilson misses with a two punch combination.
Good standup being displayed there by Wilson as he connects with a hook.
Fili takes one to the side of the head.
Fili pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Wilson throws a leg kick which misses Fili's front leg but catches the back leg as Fili tries to avoid it.

letting Fili counter with a right hand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fili misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fili throws a looping overhand right but Wilson ducks down to avoid it.
Fili darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Oh Wilson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Fili has managed to clinch.
Fili swings wildly with an uppercut but Wilson uses good head movement to avoid it.
Fili swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Fili lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Fili is stalling here.
Fili misses with the head strike.
Fili misses with a punch on the inside.
A head punch on the inside from Wilson fails to land.
Wilson blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Wilson blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Fili unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Wilson! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Fili is unloading with more strikes now! Wilson drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ange Fili!
An intense looking Ange Fili took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'Thanks to my new team at Ancient Alien they were the missing piece. I feel complete...'.
