Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andres Aguinaldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and K.J. Choi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). J. Choi. The crowd seem to be enjoying Choi's choice of entrance music: Future ft. Drake Juicy J Meek Mill Rick Ross - Shit (remix). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
43 - 20 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Andres Aguinaldo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, K.J. Choi! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aguinaldo thuds his right hand into Choi's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Sloppy strikes from Aguinaldo. Those never looked like landing. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Choi, right into the meat.
Aguinaldo shoots for a takedown but Choi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. A jab from Choi does it's job there.
It looks like Andres Aguinaldo has been cut. Aguinaldo throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Aguinaldo throws a body punch but Choi moves out of range. Aguinaldo takes a shot right to the bread basket. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Aguinaldo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Choi manages to avoid it. Aguinaldo throws a shot to the body.

Aguinaldo has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Aguinaldo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Choi throws a series of punches but Aguinaldo avoids them all with ease. Aguinaldo scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Choi doesn't seem bothered though. Aguinaldo misses with a takedown and Choi counters with a left and a right that hurts Aguinaldo! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Choi jumps into full mount! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Choi putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Choi with good strikes from the mount here! Aguinaldo can't escape the position.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Choi cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Choi lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Aguinaldo hang on? Aguinaldo sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Choi prevents Aguinaldo from improving his position. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Choi in particular looking to stall. Choi thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Aguinaldo's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Aguinaldo looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Aguinaldo on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Andres Aguinaldo's cut is getting worse. Choi working Aguinaldo over with strikes. Choi tries to pass to full mount but Aguinaldo defends it. Aguinaldo wants to improve his position but Choi is controlling well.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Choi stands up over Aguinaldo, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Choi lands a couple of elbows. Choi trying to control the position from guard on top but Aguinaldo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Aguinaldo had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Choi defends it easily. Choi chips away with some ground and pound. Aguinaldo keeping moving, preventing Choi from controlling successfully. Aguinaldo is looking for a triangle but Choi pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Choi distracts Aguinaldo with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Aguinaldo looking for subs off his back but Choi has passed one foot through into half guard.
Aguinaldo slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
K.J. Choi dominated that round. The cut man is working on Andres Aguinaldo's cut. That's time! Aguinaldo's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Aguinaldo is defended easily by Choi. Aguinaldo cracks a nice hook into Choi's ribs. Choi fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Choi uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Aguinaldo.

A looping hook to the body misses from Choi. Aguinaldo does a little dance to reset his feet. Choi throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Choi has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Choi turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Aguinaldo digs a good body shot into Choi's ribs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Choi slips under a jab. Choi looks to land a combination but Aguinaldo avoids it well. K.J. Choi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Aguinaldo scores with a takedown into Choi's guard. Aguinaldo throws a big elbow that misses. Aguinaldo throws a big right hand that misses. Choi is pulling down on Aguinaldo's head to control his posture. Choi wants to sweep here but Aguinaldo controlling him for the moment. Choi is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

OK we're going to have a standup here. K.J. Choi hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Choi keeps Aguinaldo at a distance using the push kick. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Aguinaldo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Choi's waist but Choi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Aguinaldo off to one side. Aguinaldo fails miserably with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andres Aguinaldo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Choi connects with the punch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Choi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
K.J. Choi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Aguinaldo looks to score with a jab to the body but Choi is just out of range. Choi connects with a crisp jab. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Choi is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Choi thuds a left hand into Aguinaldo's body. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Aguinaldo doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Choi swings and misses with a hook to the body.
