Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jaime Bryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ian McNamara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ian McNamara has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jaime Bryan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ian McNamara! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight moves into the clinch position. McNamara effectively controlling the action here. McNamara goes for a takedown attempt but Bryan pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
McNamara fails with a takedown attempt. McNamara gets the takedown into side control. Bryan is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, McNamara asserts his dominance and retains side control. Bryan tries to bench press McNamara off him but McNamara keeps the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. McNamara stands up. McNamara gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Bryan to score an easy takedown into full guard. McNamara looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bryan is one step ahead there. McNamara bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bryan's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McNamara avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Bryan keeping busy, throwing shots from the bottom. McNamara sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bryan's guard. Bryan is trying to maintain the position but McNamara is very close to passing his half guard. McNamara tries to stand but his arm is trapped. McNamara controlling the action here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Ian McNamara hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. McNamara shoots in and drives through. Bryan sprawls well. Jaime Bryan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ian McNamara. McNamara throws a head kick but Bryan moves out of range.
A momentary lapse in concentration from McNamara enables Bryan to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. McNamara manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Bryan chips away with some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bryan postures up and lands a big shot to McNamara's brow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McNamara is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Bryan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Bryan loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. McNamara is looking for a triangle but Bryan pushes his legs off easily.

A close round but Ian McNamara will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

McNamara is trying to control Bryan's posture but Bryan avoids it. Bryan throws a strike aimed at the side of McNamara's head but McNamara avoids it well. Bryan scores with punches from side control. McNamara gets back to half guard. Bryan is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
McNamara is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

McNamara actively working from the bottom here. McNamara is trying to get back to full guard. McNamara is holding on to half guard well. Bryan throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ground and pound from Bryan. Bryan wants to work for an arm triangle but McNamara is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Ian McNamara has got the better of the ground game so far. Bryan is working for a kimura here but McNamara manages to reverse the position and he's now in Bryan's guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bryan wants to sweep here but McNamara controlling him for the moment. McNamara pushes down on Bryan's leg and manages to get into half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McNamara prevents Bryan from standing back up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. McNamara might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Bryan haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Bryan tries to kick McNamara off in order to stand up. McNamara Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. McNamara wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bryan keeps working. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Ian McNamara will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Bryan shoots in and gets a takedown into McNamara's guard. McNamara thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. McNamara will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
McNamara is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. McNamara has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Bryan with a flurry of punches that miss. McNamara looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bryan is one step ahead there. McNamara has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bryan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bryan is in close to McNamara's body, working some short punches and elbows. McNamara working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Bryan. Bryan got a little sloppy there for a moment and McNamara has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bryan has managed to get both his arms back between McNamara's legs - danger averted. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bryan accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bryan working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McNamara looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Bryan has picked McNamara up and slammed him! McNamara can't keep hold of the triangle and Bryan manages to pass to side control! McNamara manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Bryan is looking to escape. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bryan trying to control but McNamara postures up.

Bryan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Bryan throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bryan trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! McNamara pushing down on Bryan's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Bryan tries to kick McNamara off but McNamara keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. McNamara is taking a breather. Bryan says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. And that's the end of the fight! Ian McNamara comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well McNamara has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
