Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Blas Kavcic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Connor Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Blas Kavcic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Connor Freeman! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kavcic misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Freeman drives through and clinches with Kavcic against the cage.
Freeman looking for a takedown. Freeman is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Kavcic is defending well. Kavcic tries a body shot but Freeman blocks it.

Kavcic is working for takedown but Freeman is calmly controlling the position for now. Kavcic is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Freeman pulls him back up using the underhooks. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Blas Kavcic. That's going to take a lot out of him. Freeman lands a takedown into guard.
Freeman trying to control the position from guard on top but Kavcic is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Freeman is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Kavcic controls Freeman momentarily but Freeman frees himself. Freeman pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kavcic is keeping the position for now. Kavcic wants to sweep here but Freeman controlling him for the moment. Freeman engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Freeman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Connor Freeman was stalling too much, according to the referee. Kavcic will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Kavcic keeps the fight on the outside. Freeman gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Freeman tries a body shot but Kavcic blocks it.

Freeman lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Kavcic has Freeman pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kavcic pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Freeman tumbling to the mat - Kavcic dives into Freeman's guard. Our spies down at at Ōsensei's Bubbling Springs & Cloud Gardens of inform us that Freeman has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Kavcic trying to control the position from guard on top but Freeman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Freeman manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Freeman with the ground and pound from mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Freeman prevents Kavcic from getting the reversal. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Freeman avoids the attempt from Kavcic to control. Kavcic is trying to escape the mount.
We've been hearing good reports from Kavcic's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Freeman trying to control but he's not successful this time. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kavcic tries to lock up and control but Freeman gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Freeman looking to ground and pound but Kavcic is blocking nicely. Freeman looking to control but Kavcic is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kavcic is trying to escape the mount.
Freeman lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Kavcic hang on? Freeman fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Freeman lands a big elbow. Freeman has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kavcic's face.
Kavcic is rocked! Freeman connects with a bit shot that sees Kavcic covering up! More strikes from Freeman and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Freeman is our winner by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Connor Freeman! A relieved looking Connor Freeman thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
