Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sean Schimling Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Currie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sean Schimling Jr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, David Currie! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Jorge Garcia and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big left from Currie misses. Currie scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Sean Schimling Jr has been cut. Currie misses with a looping right. Schimling Jr throws a right and a left that both miss. Schimling Jr changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Currie tries to avoid it but Schimling Jr manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Currie to the ground. Currie escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Currie looks to land a right hand but Schimling Jr moved out of range. Schimling Jr fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Currie scores with a nice right hand.
Currie lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Currie gets caught flat footed, as Schimling Jr shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Schimling Jr wants to control from the top but Currie keeps moving. Currie is trying to keep Schimling Jr in close.
Currie wants to sweep but no luck. Currie trying to keep a closed guard but Schimling Jr is proving a slippery customer.
Schimling Jr stays in close to Currie's body and controls the position. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Currie is looking to stand up but Schimling Jr isn't so interested in that idea.
That's one minute gone in the round. Currie looking to hit a scissor sweep but Schimling Jr is one step ahead there.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Schimling Jr looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sean Schimling Jr. That's going to take a lot out of him. Schimling Jr is breathing heavily. Schimling Jr avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Schimling Jr avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Currie moves into the clinch. A head punch on the inside from Currie fails to land. Currie throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Schimling Jr blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. A nice right hand lands inside from Currie. Currie gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Currie lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Schimling Jr backwards.
Schimling Jr is rocked! Currie doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Oh Schimling Jr is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. A head punch blocked on the inside by Schimling Jr. Schimling Jr blocks an uppercut.
Currie doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Currie working aggressively here.
Schimling Jr seems to have got his legs back now. Schimling Jr is looking to break free of the clinch but Currie has double underhooks. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Currie. Schimling Jr's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Currie lands a big right hand! Schimling Jr is out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). David Currie!
