Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shrab Kabovik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aizen Senshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Senshi's choice of entrance music: Scumbag. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shrab Kabovik! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Aizen Senshi! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Sosuke Kotani and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kabovik moves into the clinch successfully.
Senshi pushes off an throws an elbow but Kabovik leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes. Kabovik has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Senshi regains guard immediately. Kabovik looking to pass the guard. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kabovik's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Kabovik won't allow Senshi to get back to his feet. Senshi keeping moving, preventing Kabovik from controlling successfully. Kabovik scoring with punches to the head and body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kabovik is looking to work some ground and pound but Senshi has wrist control. Senshi is looking to stand back up but Kabovik counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Senshi. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Kabovik missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Kabovik wants to lay and pray for a moment but Senshi keeps working. Senshi taking some punishment here, with Kabovik in his half guard. Kabovik with the ground and pound but Senshi uses the opportunity to regain guard. Kabovik stops Senshi from standing up. Senshi wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Kabovik manages to pass to side control. Kabovik landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Kabovik trying to control from half guard but Senshi is working away. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Kabovik lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Kabovik scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Kabovik winds up and cracks Senshi with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Kabovik prevents Senshi from standing back up.
Kabovik throwing shots but Senshi is blocking nicely. Senshi tries to kick Kabovik off but Kabovik keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kabovik missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Senshi is not content to let Kabovik control the position. Kabovik is pressing down on Senshi's thigh, looking to free his foot. Senshi is holding on for now. Kabovik uses his free foot to push down on Senshi's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Senshi. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Senshi is squirming around, avoiding Kabovik's attempts to control the action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Senshi fails in his attempt to clinch. Senshi fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kabovik. Senshi fails in his attempt to clinch. Kabovik tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Senshi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Kabovik rushes Senshi and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Senshi misses with a short punch on the inside. Senshi prevents a takedown attempt there.
Kabovik changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Senshi fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Shrab Kabovik seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kabovik shoots in for a double leg but Senshi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shrab Kabovik. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Good leg kick by Senshi there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Kabovik moves into the clinch. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Senshi goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Senshi is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Kabovik is defending well for now. Senshi is looking to break free of the clinch but Kabovik has double underhooks. Senshi's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Senshi leaves Kabovik with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Senshi tries to bum rush Kabovik with a series of wild strikes but Kabovik uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Kabovik shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Senshi as he avoids it easily. Senshi goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Aizen Senshi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kabovik fails with an attempt to clinch.
Senshi throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Senshi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kabovik checks the leg kick nicely there.
Kabovik goes for a double leg but Senshi avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the ropes as Senshi continues to drive forward. Senshi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kabovik is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Senshi slaps away a takedown attempt from Kabovik, before circling back to the center of the mat. Kabovik closes the distance and clinches up with Senshi, looking for a takedown. Kabovik pushes Senshi against the ropes but Senshi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kabovik feints and as Senshi raises his hands in defense, Kabovik changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Senshi wants to stand but Kabovik is controlling the position. Kabovik throws a big right hand that misses. Kabovik won't allow Senshi to get back to his feet. Kabovik working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Kabovik trying to control the position from guard on top but Senshi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Senshi keeping full guard, as Kabovik tries to pass.

Shrab Kabovik has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Kabovik fails with an attempt to clinch.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Kabovik moves into range and clinches up with Senshi. Kabovik is looking for a takedown. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Shrab Kabovik will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! And we move into the final round!

It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Senshi wants it to stay on the feet. Kabovik throws a head kick that misses. Senshi tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Kabovik scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Senshi wants to get back to his feet. Kabovik fails to land a wild elbow strike.

And that's the end of the fight! Shrab Kabovik showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kabovik, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
