Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mecha Reagan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Suarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reagan comes to the cage accompanied by The Reaganator Lives!!!. Suarez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Skindred - Rat Race kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mecha Reagan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Antonio Suarez! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reagan shoots in and gets a takedown into Suarez's guard. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Suarez being controlled here, momentarily. Reagan throws a big right hand that misses. Suarez keeping moving, preventing Reagan from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Reagan lands a couple of elbows. Reagan trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Reagan seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reagan wants to pass the guard but Suarez is keeping the position. Reagan controls from within his opponent's guard. Reagan working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Reagan looking to pass the guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reagan works a leg free and moves into half guard. Reagan is looking to take a break and control but Suarez is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Suarez tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Reagan has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Reagan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Reagan looking to control but Suarez is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Suarez manages to work a leg through to get back to half guard here. Good work there by Suarez, under a barage of strikes from Reagan.
Reagan works his foot free and advances to mount. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Reagan sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Reagan unloads with some shots from mount but Suarez bucks and avoids them well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Suarez blocking the ground and pound. Reagan working some short elbows here. He postures up to throw some more ground and pound but Suarez slips a leg through to get back to half guard. Nice work.

Mecha Reagan dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Reagan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Suarez sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Reagan somewhat. Suarez stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Reagan. A slapping body kick lands there for Reagan. Reagan shoots in and bounces Suarez off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Reagan with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Suarez working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Reagan. Reagan slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Reagan throws a strike but Suarez avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Reagan trying to control the position from guard on top but Suarez is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Reagan is looking to pass into half guard but Suarez pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Suarez is in guard. Reagan seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Suarez works a leg free and moves into half guard. Reagan has one foot on Suarez's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Reagan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Suarez was well out of range. Poor timing from Reagan. Reagan misses with a body shot.
Reagan connects with a leg kick. Suarez looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Reagan sizes up Suarez with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Suarez gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Reagan dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Reagan lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Reagan throws a nice inside leg kick. Reagan lands a nice shot that snaps Suarez's head back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Suarez on the wrong end of a nice jab. Reagan with a hook. Suarez on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Suarez on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Reagan connects with a body shot. Suarez walks into a straight right hand from Reagan. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Reagan, as that shot connected.
Reagan throws a body kick that misses. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Reagan throws a head kick that Suarez semi-blocks.
Suarez is rocked! Antonio Suarez is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Reagan throws a half hearted mid kick. Suarez takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mecha Reagan dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Suarez is trying to control the action in half guard but Reagan is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Reagan tries to kick Suarez off but Suarez keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Suarez is looking to take a break and control but Reagan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Suarez throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Suarez wants to lay and pray for a moment but Reagan keeps working. Suarez thows a huge punch but Reagan dodges it nicely.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Antonio Suarez. Nice shot by Reagan. Reagan getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Reagan listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reagan throws the left hand but Suarez avoids the punch easily. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Reagan.
Suarez moves out of range of the leg kick from Reagan. Left hook, right uppercut from Reagan. A shot to the liver by Reagan. Beautiful body shot. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A slapping leg kick lands for Reagan.
Reagan is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Suarez can do to turn this around? Reagan drives through with a takedown into Suarez's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Mecha Reagan is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Reagan working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Reagan slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Antonio Suarez has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mecha Reagan overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

We're going to have a standup here because Mecha Reagan wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Reagan scores with a spinning back kick!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Reagan lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Jab by Reagan. A lazy left from Reagan finds it's target. Reagan feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Suarez's calf. Mecha Reagan is winning the standup battle so far. Reagan connects with a high kick. Reagan drives through and clinches with Suarez against the cage.
Suarez is trying to drag Reagan to the mat but Reagan just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Reagan lands a nice shot to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Suarez.
And that's the end of the fight! Mecha Reagan showed his dominance in that final round. Well Reagan has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
