The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Moccasins has taken the fight to the clinch.
Moss wants a takedown.
Moss jumps guard but Moccasins turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Moccasins has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Moss is trying to keep an underhook but Moccasins manages to get the takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Moss is looking for a sweep. Moccasins is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Moss pushes Moccasins off looking to stand but Moccasins dives back in and keeps control.
Moccasins content to control rather than advance.
Moccasins throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Moccasins wants to free his trapped foot but Moss is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Moccasins slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Moss.

Moccasins wants to stand up but Moss is controlling the position.
Moss looks like he's trying to stand up.

Sperry Moccasins has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Moss misses with a takedown
and Moccasins counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Malik Moss. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Moccasins drops Moss with a beautiful combination! Moss stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Moccasins is looking for the KO!

Moccasins scores with a big shot! Moss's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Moss! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
