Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between The Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ville Ahlo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, The Hunter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ville Ahlo!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahlo lands with a shot to the body.
Ahlo swinging wildly here.
Hunter misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hunter moves out of range of the strikes.

Hunter closes the distance and pushes Ahlo back into the cage.
Hunter lands a shoulder strike.
Hunter scores with a shot to the side of Ahlo's head.
Ahlo's coach down at Jef Li's MMA(13 coaches, 49 cap) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Ahlo's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Hunter blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Ahlo is trying to drag Hunter to the mat but Hunter just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Hunter is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
With the fighters up against the cage, Ahlo throws an elbow but misses.
Hunter tries to throw a body punch but Ahlo avoids it by throwing Hunter back against the cage.
Ahlo is trying to drag Hunter to the mat but Hunter just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Hunter pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Hunter has Ahlo pressed against the cage, preventing Ahlo from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Ahlo changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Hunter fights it off and pushes away nicely.
The Hunter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Hunter throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Ahlo wants to break the clinch but can't.

Ahlo has Hunter pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hunter manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Hunter tries to close the distance and clinch but Ahlo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Hunter fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ahlo on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Hunter pounces like a tiger and cracks Ahlo with a vicious hook! Ahlo is down but not out! Hunter follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

The Hunter was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
