The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragon fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Yamato throws a series of punches but Dragon avoids them all with ease.
Yamato misses with a hook to the body
and Dragon counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Dragon slips a straight right by Yamato.
Dragon looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Yamato!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Dragon lands a nice forearm strike.
