Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Paulo Santos and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dale leaves Couture with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Dale pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Couture shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Couture was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Couture looks up at the clock and then as Dale takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Couture smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
It looks like William Dale has been cut.
Dale is trying to improve his position.
Couture working the ground and pound from side control.
Dale could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dale takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Dale is trying to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dale is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Couture asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Dale is not content to let Couture control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Couture grinds an elbow into Dale's temple.
William Dale's cut is getting worse.
Couture lands a strong strike to the head of Dale. That's dazed him! Couture looking to finish here. Dale is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Couture lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Fedor Couture!
