The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pajari fails with the takedown.
A decent looking cross lands there for Viale.
Pajari tries for a takedown but Viale sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Pajari shoots in looking for a takedown. Viale tries to sprawl out of it but Pajari keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Viale manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Pajari has been working on his balance at Island Premium 20x CT's, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Viale.
Viale tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pajari was well out of range. Poor timing from Viale.

Pajari shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Pajari showed some decent athleticism there.

Viale has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Clean and Green. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
