Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Dragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julius Africanus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dragon comes to the cage accompanied by Epic Sax. Julius Africanus will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Dragon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Julius Africanus! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dragon lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Africanus pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Africanus bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Africanus tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Dragon is able to avoid easily. Africanus just misses with a punch to the body.
Africanus throws a solid leg kick but Dragon takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Africanus. Dragon waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Africanus. Dragon swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Africanus keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dragon. Dragon throws a jab when Africanus was well out of range. Dragon tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A bone on bone clash there as Dragon blocks the leg kick.
Dragon avoids the head kick by Africanus.
Dragon misses with a two punch combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dragon throws a shot from downtown. Africanus moves away and avoids it. Africanus pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Dragon throws a combination. Africanus tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Julius Africanus has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Africanus slips under a jab. Dragon comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Africanus walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Dragon uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Africanus. Africanus throws a low kick but it's checked well by Dragon. Julius Africanus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dragon drops Africanus with a beautiful combination! Africanus stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dragon is looking for the KO! Dragon keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dragon is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Africanus's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems. Africanus looks to score with a jab to the body but Dragon is just out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dragon checks a leg kick. Good standup being displayed there by Dragon as he connects with a hook. Africanus uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dragon. Dragon misses with a hook. Africanus ducked under it nicely. Africanus misses with a low kick.
Dragon connects with a crisp jab. A swing and a miss from Dragon. Africanus moves out of range of the strikes. Dragon cracks Africanus with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Dragon has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Africanus to stand back up! Africanus lands with a kick to the temple. Dragon shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Africanus just misses with a punch to the body.
Dragon connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Africanus out cold! This one is over in a flash!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Steve Dragon! Steve Dragon tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
