Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Malik Guerrero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Red Flash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Red Flash has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Malik Guerrero! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Red Flash ! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, David Schapiro and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flash punishes Guerrero's body with a nice straight punch. Flash throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Guerrero's waist but Guerrero gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Flash off to one side. Guerrero fails in his attempt to clinch. Flash drives through with a takedown into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Flash working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Flash wants to stand and escape but instead Guerrero has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Flash has his foot on Guerrero's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Guerrero works his way back into a safe position though. Guerrero prevents Flash from getting back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Guerrero chips away with some ground and pound. Flash really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Guerrero. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Guerrero working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Guerrero trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Guerrero makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Guerrero avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Guerrero connects with a couple of short punches. Guerrero in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Flash tries to land a sweep but no joy. Flash wants to get back to his feet but Guerrero is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Guerrero scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guerrero working some strikes from top position. Flash throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Guerrero escapes and throws Flash 's legs to the side, diving into side control! Flash looks winded! Guerrero lands some shots froms side control. The ground and pound from Guerrero seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Guerrero really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Guerrero stands up and beckons Flash to his feet. Flash closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Guerrero can't find room to land a body shot as Flash controls the action.
Guerrero tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Flash avoids it. Flash misses with a shot to the kidneys.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Flash just misses with a elbow thrown towards Guerrero's brow. Flash wants to get back to striking at distance but Guerrero won't allow it.
Flash on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Flash goes for a takedown attempt but Guerrero pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Flash with a lazy takedown attempt and Guerrero counters with a solid body kick. Malik Guerrero has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Red Flash . Flash fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. No luck with that takedown attempt from Flash . Guerrero closes the distance and pushes Flash back into the cage. A right hand to the body from Guerrero.
Flash has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Flash drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Guerrero gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Flash is fighting off a takedown attempt but Guerrero is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Flash to the mat. Flash regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Malik Guerrero dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Flash has Guerrero up against the cage in a clinch.
Flash wants to break the clinch but can't.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Guerrero has had enough of the clinch but Flash keeps him there for the moment. Guerrero avoiding damage as Flash throws knees to the body.
Guerrero is defending well against a takedown attempt. Flash tries to score a body lock takedown but Guerrero shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Guerrero keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Flash 's efforts to push away. Flash jumps guard but Guerrero stands there with Flash around his waist. Flash gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Malik Guerrero has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Red Flash .
That's one minute gone in the round. Guerrero tightens his grip and picks Flash up, before dumping him to the ground. Flash manages to land in guard. Malik Guerrero overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Flash avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Flash not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Guerrero drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Guerrero jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Guerrero postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Guerrero decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Flash looks to land a combination but Guerrero avoids it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guerrero displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Flash . Guerrero fails with the takedown. Flash instigates a clinch. Flash is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Guerrero to keep the fight standing. Flash blocks a body shot from Guerrero. Guerrero goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Flash is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

A head punch blocked on the inside by Guerrero. Flash successfully pulls guard.
Guerrero trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Guerrero has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Guerrero's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Guerrero loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Guerrero postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Guerrero working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Flash 's head. Guerrero makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Malik Guerrero dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Flash tries for a takedown but Guerrero circles away easily and Guerrero makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Flash really felt that one! Guerrero darts in trying to clinch and Flash counters with a good, hard body kick but Guerrero shrugs it off. Flash moves into the clinch. Flash escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Flash throws a low kick but Guerrero avoids it. Malik Guerrero is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Flash is looking to land body kicks. Guerrero shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Flash is trying to defend but Guerrero finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
That's one minute gone in the round. Flash tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Guerrero is looking for a kimura here.
Guerrero seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Guerrero throwing shots but Flash is blocking nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guerrero scoring with strikes to the body and head. Guerrero working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Flash blocking the ground and pound attempt from Guerrero. Guerrero thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Flash 's head. Guerrero missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Guerrero is looking for a kimura but Flash is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Guerrero to get the leverage. Guerrero misses with a head shot. Flash uses the momentum to regain guard. Flash has an active guard here but Guerrero has managed to pass into half guard.
Flash takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Guerrero thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Flash 's head. Flash on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Flash has hold of Guerrero's hands but Guerrero slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Guerrero decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Guerrero gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Flash throws an elbow that misses. Guerrero uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Flash 's guard. Nice move by Guerrero!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Guerrero working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Flash 's head. Flash looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Flash is looking for a triangle here but Guerrero uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

And that's the end of the fight! Malik Guerrero showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Guerrero, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
