Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Josiah Mudzuri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dick Jeggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Josiah Mudzuri has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jeggins shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Mudzuri manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Jeggins forces his way into half guard.
Jeggins is thwarting Mudzuri's attempts to control the position.
Mudzuri is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Elite Training Facility, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

Mudzuri manages to get back to half guard.
Jeggins is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Mudzuri reverses the position - he's now on top in Jeggins's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mudzuri drops back, looking for a kneebar! Jeggins looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Jeggins looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Jeggins!

Jeggins's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Mudzuri connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Jeggins scrambles back to his feet.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Mudzuri stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Mudzuri cracks Jeggins with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
