Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Oompa Loompa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pikku N�k�r�inen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). N�k�r�inen has chosen Juice Leskinen - Vaasankin veri vapisee as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loompa misses with a body kick.
N�k�r�inen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Loompa manages to avoid it.
Loompa throws a low kick but it's checked well by N�k�r�inen.
Loompa has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
N�k�r�inen shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Loompa pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
N�k�r�inen shoots in for a takedown but Loompa shows good takedown defense.
Loompa connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

N�k�r�inen with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Loompa to score with a decent uppercut.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
N�k�r�inen slips a straight right by Loompa.
N�k�r�inen lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

N�k�r�inen has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Loompa.
N�k�r�inen goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

and N�k�r�inen counters with a takedown into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Loompa is trying to control N�k�r�inen's posture but N�k�r�inen avoids it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Loompa manages to work his way to half guard, despite N�k�r�inen's best efforts.
