Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Buzia Ziabua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brady Barnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnes throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Barnes works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Barnes throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Barnes tries to land a leg kick but Ziabua saw it coming and moves away.
Ziabua misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Barnes looks to score with a jab to the body but Ziabua is just out of range.
Barnes thumps Ziabua with a low kick.
Ziabua fails with a takedown attempt.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ziabua shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Barnes defends it nicely.

Ziabua takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Barnes throws a leg kick but Ziabua sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Ziabua has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Barnes.
Barnes's coach down at T's Private Dojo was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Barnes's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Barnes fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ziabua has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Barnes throws a sloppy head kick and Ziabua moves out of range easily.
Barnes thuds a left hand into Ziabua's body.
Ziabua takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Barnes scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Ziabua doesn't seem bothered though.

Barnes's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Barnes duly obliges.
A solid body kick from Barnes.

Barnes throws a left that rocks Ziabua and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Barnes dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Ziabua regain composure!

Ziabua is rocked!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Ziabua is looking for a sweep.
Oh Ziabua is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Barnes slows the pace down.
Ziabua is looking for a sweep.
Ziabua seems to have got his legs back now.
Ziabua is working hard here to advance position.
Barnes is looking to take a break and control but Ziabua is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

Ziabua gets back to half guard.
Ziabua is looking to get back to is feet but Barnes passes into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Barnes prevents Ziabua from escaping the position.

Barnes really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ziabua. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Barnes is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Ziabua will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Barnes avoids the head kick by Ziabua.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Barnes goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Ziabua takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Barnes jabs Ziabua to the body, keeping him at a distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Brady Barnes dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Barnes misses with a low kick.
Ziabua tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Barnes swivels and escapes.
A looping hook to the body misses from Barnes. Ziabua does a little dance to reset his feet.
Barnes uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Ziabua has time to react.
Barnes misses with a body shot.
Ziabua shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Barnes has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Barnes changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

and as Ziabua loses concentration momentarily, Barnes counters with a picture perfect head kick! Ziabua goes down, out cold! The referee rushed in to check on his condition - I'm sure he'll be ok but that was a massive knockout!
