Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bread Panterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Red Mike (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Bread Panterson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Red Mike! The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Dirk Anderson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mike throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Panterson lands with a right hand. Mike clinches with his opponent.
Mike jumps guard and drags Panterson to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Panterson landing some decent shots from guard. Panterson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Panterson trying to control but Mike is working from the bottom. Panterson distracts Mike with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Panterson trying to control but Mike is working from the bottom. Mike trying to keep a closed guard but Panterson is proving a slippery customer.
Mike looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Panterson is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Mike shoots for a takedown but Panterson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Panterson lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Panterson drives through with a takedown into guard. Panterson content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Panterson is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Mike is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Mike has escaped and now he's on top! Panterson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Panterson has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mike is looking to pass into half guard but Panterson pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Panterson is in guard. Mike wants to sweep but no luck. Panterson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. This has been an exciting period of action! The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Panterson is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Panterson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Mike works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Panterson controlling from the top position. Panterson stops Mike from standing up. Mike is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Panterson engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Mike keeping full guard, as Panterson tries to pass. Panterson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Bread Panterson. Panterson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Mike on the side of the head. Panterson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Panterson is trying to control the action in half guard but Mike is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Mike is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Panterson's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Panterson's back!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Mike is looking for a rear naked choke here but Panterson reverses the position brilliantly into Mike's guard!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bread Panterson dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Panterson drives through with a takedown into Mike's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Mike keeping moving, preventing Panterson from controlling successfully. Panterson works over Mike with some ground and pound from guard. Panterson trying to control the position from guard on top but Mike is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Panterson throwing strikes from guard but Mike blocks nicely. Mike working a defensive guard here.
Panterson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mike swivels though and keeps the full guard. Mike wants to get back to his feet but Panterson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Panterson controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Panterson showed some decent athleticism there. Panterson is pressing down on Mike's thigh, looking to free his foot. Mike is holding on for now. Mike is trying to control but can't.
Panterson wants to take a breather but Mike is having none of it. Mike is trying to stand.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Mike darts in looking for a takedown but Panterson gets double underhooks and turns Mike into the cage. Mike is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mike has Panterson pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Panterson manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Mike stops a takedown attempt from Panterson.
Mike fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Bread Panterson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Red Mike. Panterson lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Panterson wants to take the fight to the mat but Mike manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Panterson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Mike smiles and moves away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mike goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Mike gets caught flat footed, as Panterson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Panterson controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Panterson stopping the sweep attempt from Mike.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Panterson makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Mike working for a triangle but Panterson defends it easily.
Panterson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mike on the ground. Panterson with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Panterson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mike is keeping the position for now. Panterson pushing down on Mike's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Panterson content to control rather than advance. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Panterson connects with a nice short shot to Mike's temple.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Panterson not doing much here.
Panterson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Panterson is working for a submission of some sort.
Panterson seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mike makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Mike. Panterson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bread Panterson dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Mike is controlling the position but Panterson somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Red Mike wasn't active enough on the ground. Mike moves into range and clinches up with Panterson. Panterson has clasped his hands together around Mike's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. An elbow from Panterson crashes against the mat.
Panterson is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Mike looks calm but he's in trouble here. Panterson gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Mike is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Panterson lets go of the hold and Mike can pop his arm back in it's socket.
