The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carzola dives in and grabs Baker's left leg, looking for a takedown. Baker pushes down on Carzola's head and hops out.

Baker takes a swing at Carzola's ribcage but misses.

Baker throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Carzola dives in for a single leg takedown but Baker sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Diego Carzola. That's going to take a lot out of him.
