Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Axel Whitecoat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Serebryakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Whitecoat comes into the arena with Seven Nation Army blaring out of the sound system. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 24 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Axel Whitecoat! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alexander Serebryakov! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, John Mangel and Ben Hemmingworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Whitecoat listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Good exchange - Whitecoat coming out on top. A slapping leg kick lands for Serebryakov.
Serebryakov takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Serebryakov thows a body shot but no joy. Serebryakov misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Whitecoat counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Serebryakov's guard now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Whitecoat working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Whitecoat trying to control but Serebryakov is working from the bottom. Whitecoat got a little sloppy there for a moment and Serebryakov has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Whitecoat has managed to get both his arms back between Serebryakov's legs - danger averted. Serebryakov is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Serebryakov is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round. Serebryakov utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Whitecoat trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Whitecoat throwing strikes but missing. Whitecoat throwing strikes but missing. Whitecoat trying to control the position from guard on top but Serebryakov is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Whitecoat lands a couple of elbows. Whitecoat has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Serebryakov lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Whitecoat! Whitecoat is in all sorts of trouble here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Serebryakov looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Whitecoat working to try and regain half guard.
Whitecoat tries to hold on but Serebryakov postures up. Serebryakov scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Whitecoat?

Whitecoat is looking to control Serebryakov's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Whitecoat avoid being mounted? Serebryakov is looking for a kimura but Whitecoat is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Serebryakov to get the leverage. Whitecoat makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Whitecoat. Serebryakov throws a big elbow that misses.

Whitecoat keeping full guard, as Serebryakov tries to pass. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Serebryakov accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Serebryakov throwing strikes from guard but Whitecoat blocks nicely. Whitecoat is trying to keep Serebryakov in close.
We're going to have a standup here because Axel Whitecoat wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Whitecoat shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Serebryakov defends it nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Serebryakov bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Whitecoat changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Serebryakov tries to avoid it but Whitecoat manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Serebryakov to the ground. Serebryakov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Whitecoat swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Serebryakov. Serebryakov's jab looks to have found its range, popping Whitecoat under the eye. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Serebryakov darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Whitecoat misses with a right hand and Serebryakov counters with a series of strikes. Whitecoat will be more careful next time no doubt. Whitecoat throws an off balance right hand
and Serebryakov counters with a hugh head kick that removes Whitecoat from consiousness! A brutal head kick knockout!
