Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between La Da De (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eldrick Scrolls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for La Da De has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, La Da De! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Eldrick Scrolls! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, David Hoff and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scrolls closes the distance and clinches up with Da De, looking for a takedown. Scrolls pushes Da De against the cage but Da De circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Scrolls steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Da De. Scrolls shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Da De pinned against the cage. Da De gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Da De moves out of range of the body kick. A cross from Da De lands. Da De swinging wildly here.
Scrolls lands with a nice combination. Da De backs away looking to recover.
It looks like La Da De has been cut. Scrolls feints and as Da De raises his hands in defense, Scrolls changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Da De on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Da De tries to get out of the position. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Da De is looking to stand up but Scrolls isn't so interested in that idea. Scrolls decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Da De throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Scrolls counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Scrolls. Scrolls drags the fight down to the ground.
Da De trying to stand up but can't free himself from Scrolls's guard. Scrolls wants to stand but Da De is controlling the position. Scrolls wants to sweep here but Da De controlling him for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Scrolls bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Da De's guard. Scrolls stops Da De from standing up. Scrolls is looking to work some ground and pound but Da De has wrist control. Scrolls looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Da De swats away the attempt to clinch by Scrolls. La Da De seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Scrolls shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Da De as he avoids it easily. La Da De has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eldrick Scrolls. Da De slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Da De misses with an uppercut
and Scrolls counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Scrolls closes the distance and pushes Da De back into the cage. Scrolls's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Scrolls tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Da De defends well and Scrolls ends up having to push Da De into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Da De wants to get back to striking at distance but Scrolls won't allow it.
Scrolls tries to pull guard but Da De forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Scrolls is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Da De to keep the fight standing. Scrolls breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Nice jab there from Da De.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Scrolls. Scrolls shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Da De but Da De pushes him off and we're back to square one. Da De connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Scrolls momentarily.
Da De throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Scrolls rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Da De moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Scrolls tries to clinch but Da De is having none of it. Scrolls tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Da De was well out of range. Poor timing from Scrolls. Da De misses with a straight right. Scrolls shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Da De manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Da De wants to get back to his feet but Scrolls is in a dominant position and won't allow it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A solid body kick from Scrolls. Nice defenses there by Scrolls. Scrolls fails with a takedown attempt. Scrolls ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Da De uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Scrolls has time to react. Eldrick Scrolls seems to be getting the better of the standup. Scrolls fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Da De scores with a crisp jab that stopped Scrolls in his tracks. Scrolls misses with a combination
and Da De counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Scrolls rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Da De moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Scrolls clinches up with Da De and pushes him back against the cage. Scrolls tries for a takedown. No joy.
La Da De has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eldrick Scrolls.
That's one minute gone in the round. Scrolls drops down looking for an ankle pick but Da De pulls his leg out and moves away.
Da De connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Da De misses the jab. Da De scores with a crisp jab that stopped Scrolls in his tracks. Scrolls wants to clinch up but Da De keeps it at a distance. Da De is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Da De showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Scrolls.
Scrolls looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Da De is fending him off so far but Scrolls persists. Nope, Da De circles away and we're back to standing. Scrolls walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Da De cracks Scrolls with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Scrolls goes for a double leg but Da De avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Da De continues to drive forward.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Scrolls. Da De tries to break free but Scrolls pushes him back against the cage. Da De can't break the clinch.

Da De sends Scrolls crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Da De is motioning to the referee to let Scrolls up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Scrolls is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Da De is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Scrolls. and Scrolls counters with a body kick that stops Da De in his tracks momentarily. Da De misses with a wild combination.
Da De gets tackled into the cage by Scrolls. Scrolls maintains the clinch. Da De is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Scrolls tries to pull guard but Da De won't allow it.
Scrolls seems to have recovered his senses. Scrolls misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Da De.
Scrolls keeps control of Da De as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Scrolls breaks from the clinch.
Da De lands a jab to the head.
Scrolls shoots in and drives through. Da De sprawls well.

Da De lands a jab. Da De jabbing away but nothing is landing. Scrolls shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Da De pushes Scrolls off looking to stand but Scrolls dives back in and keeps control.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Eldrick Scrolls hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. A momentary lapse in concentration from Da De enables Scrolls to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Da De manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Scrolls trying to control but Da De is working from the bottom. Scrolls stands up and waves to Da De to follow him. Da De scores with the left hand. Scrolls knows he should have avoided that one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Scrolls throws a head kick but Da De moves out of range.
Da De feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Scrollss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Scrolls fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Da De. Da De lands an overhand right. Eldrick Scrolls is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Scrolls fails with an attempt to clinch.
Da De takes a kick to the side of the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Scrolls ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Da De gets caught flat footed, as Scrolls shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Scrolls stays in close to Da De's body and controls the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Eldrick Scrolls was stalling too much, according to the referee. Da De moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Nice straight punches there by Da De. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Da De. Scrolls has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. A left and a right from Da De both land. Nice combination. Scrolls shoots in but no luck this time. Da De connects with a good right hand that stumbles Scrolls. Scrolls circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Da De throws out a powerful jab. Da De connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Scrolls tries to clinch but Da De moves out of range. Scrolls fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Da De, pushing him back against the cage. Da De wants to break free but Scrolls has control.
