Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Ben Hemmingworth and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rosales gets caught flat footed, as Andersson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Andersson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Andersson wants to pass the guard but Rosales is keeping the position.
Rosales keeping moving, preventing Andersson from controlling successfully.
Andersson postures up in Rosales's guard and throws a big left but Rosales blocks it.
Andersson has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Rosales is proving hard to escape from.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Matt Andersson was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Andersson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Andersson has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Andersson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Rosales has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Rosales.
Rosales could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Andersson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Andersson drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Rosales dives on top into guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Rosales swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Andersson is now in Rosales's guard. A big mistake from Rosales there, giving up the dominant position!

Andersson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rosales's guard.
Andersson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rosales swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Andersson not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Andersson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Rosales is trying to defend but Andersson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Andersson might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Rosales haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Andersson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Andersson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

We're going to have a standup here because Booker Rosales wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Andersson darts in and clinches Rosales up against the cage.
Rosales turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Rosales working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Andersson is looking to get back to his feet here but Rosales is keeping cool and he's managed to take Andersson's back.

Matt Andersson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Andersson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
