The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rios lands with a slapping head kick.
Castle has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Rios connects with a solid leg kick.
Castle tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rios swivels and escapes.
Castle misses the shot to the body.
Castle throws a big shot that misses.
Frank Castle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rios instigates a clinch.
Castle blocks an uppercut.
Rios swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Rios lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Castle backwards.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rios lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Castle or not.
Rios lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Rios dips a shoulder and cracks Castle with a mighty uppercut! Castle falls back against the cage and Rios unloads with a barrage of strikes! Castle is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Rios screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
