The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Roe clinches with his opponent.
A nice left hand lands by Roberts.
Roberts is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Roe's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Roe fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Roberts lands an overhand right.
Roe throws a hook to the side of Roberts's head but Roberts sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Djalu Roberts seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Roberts connects with a body shot that sends Roe's belly button to the back.
A jab from Roberts does it's job there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Roberts connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Roe's hands.

Roberts lands a big uppercut and Roe crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Roe looks OK. Roberts waves Roe back to his feet!

Roberts is stalking Roe. Roe circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Roberts, and it's lights out! Roe really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
