Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lino Moon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Illroy Killjoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Lino Moon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Illroy Killjoy! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Josh West and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Killjoy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Moon throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Killjoy's waist but Killjoy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Moon off to one side. Killjoy dives in for a single leg takedown but Moon sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Killjoy is defending well against a takedown attempt. Killjoy's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Killjoy drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Moon gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Moon crunches a lovely knee into Killjoy's ribcage. Moon is trying to pull guard but Killjoy has him pressed against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lino Moon. That's going to take a lot out of him. Killjoy changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Moon fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Killjoy closes the distance and clinches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Killjoy breaks from the clinch.
Moon darts in looking for a takedown but Killjoy gets double underhooks and turns Moon into the cage. Killjoy working Moon over with knees to the body. Moon is breathing heavily. Killjoy manages to pull guard.
This has been an exciting period of action! The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Killjoy is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Moon won't allow Killjoy to sweep him here. Killjoy striking from the bottom here. Moon throws a big right hand that misses. Moon has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Moon throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Killjoy works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Killjoy is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Moon really is a fat lump. Killjoy perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Illroy Killjoy has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Killjoy shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Moon but Moon pushes him off and we're back to square one. Killjoy connects with a solid leg kick. Killjoy misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Killjoy fails to land the takedown.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Killjoy scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Moon doesn't seem bothered though. Illroy Killjoy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Killjoy drives through and clinches with Moon against the cage.
Killjoy has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Moon after a bit of a struggle. Moon is looking to take this one to the mat. Killjoy drags the fight down to the ground.
Killjoy is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Killjoy is on top in guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Killjoy works a leg free and moves into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Killjoy in particular looking to stall. This has been an exciting period of action! Moon is in trouble now - Killjoy has advanced to mount! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Illroy Killjoy dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Killjoy darts in and clinches Moon up against the cage. Moon jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Killjoy walks away with a smile on his face. Moon gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Moon stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Killjoy. Killjoy clinches with his opponent.
Killjoy pulls guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Killjoy pushes Moon off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Killjoy closes the distance and clinches. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Killjoy creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Lino Moon has been cut. Killjoy manages to pull guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Killjoy looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Killjoy preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Killjoy looking for a guillotine here but Moon defends easily.

Illroy Killjoy has got the better of the ground game so far. Killjoy sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. BOOM! Killjoy connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Killjoy has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Moon avoids a series of strikes thrown by Killjoy.
Killjoy takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Let's hope that Killjoy has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Killjoy thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Killjoy looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Killjoy controlling the position easily from mount. Moon wants to hold on but Killjoy pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Moon keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Killjoy controlling the pace for now. Killjoy throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Killjoy content just to control the position here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Illroy Killjoy showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Lino Moon's cut. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Moon will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Killjoy fails with the takedown. No luck with that takedown attempt from Killjoy. Lino Moon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Illroy Killjoy. Killjoy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Moon as he avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Killjoy looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Killjoy takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Moon. Killjoy closes this distance looking for a takedown but Moon circles away. Killjoy tries to score a power double leg takedown but Moon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Killjoy somewhat. Moon fails with the takedown. Killjoy misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Illroy Killjoy is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moon fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Killjoy avoids it really well and circles away. Nice sprawl there from Moon as Killjoy shoots in. Moon shoots in looking for a takedown. Killjoy tries to sprawl out of it but Moon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Killjoy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Moon fails to land the takedown. Jab from Killjoy.

And that's the end of the fight! Illroy Killjoy comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Killjoy has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
