Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Matheus Silva and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Jones will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jones stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jones wants it to stay on the feet.
Galvao fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Jones tries to close the distance and clinch but Galvao swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Jones closes the distance and clinches.
Galvao is working for takedown but Jones is calmly controlling the position for now.
