Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Arnoldo Mcbride (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave No (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Arnoldo Mcbride! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Dave No! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Colin Fray and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcbride avoids a kick to the body.
No looking to score a takedown here. Mcbride is defending well but No drives through and ends up in Mcbride's guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Mcbride has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but No has passed into side control.
You can see the frustration on Mcbride's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. No controlling the position from side mount. Mcbride sneaks back into half guard. Mcbride trying to control but No postures up.
Mcbride could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Mcbride is not content to let No control the position. No seems to be working for a kimura but Mcbride defends the submission attempt. No trying to pass the guard but Mcbride defending well.

No is trying to control. Mcbride wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Mcbride is trying to control but No passes into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. No tries to advance to mount but can't. No controls the position from side control. Mcbride is looking for a sweep. Mcbride sneaks back into half guard. Mcbride looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. No wants to control but Mcbride is keeping him busy. Mcbride slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. No controls the pace of the fight for a moment. No stands up from guard. Let's bang! Mcbride tries to clinch but fails miserably and No counters with a thumping low kick. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A momentary lapse in concentration from Mcbride enables No to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Mcbride manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Mcbride keeping busy, throwing shots from the bottom. Mcbride keeping moving, preventing No from controlling successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mcbride looking to control but No passes into half guard.
No is trying to work for a kimura but Mcbride is defending well.
Mcbride makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Mcbride. No passes into half guard. No working the head and body with strikes. Mcbride is trying to get back to full guard. No sitting and controlling from the half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mcbride trying to control from the bottom.
Mcbride tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Mcbride misses with some strikes from the bottom.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. No trying to control the action but Mcbride is working from the bottom. Mcbride tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Mcbride actively working from the bottom here. Mcbride is breathing heavily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. No wants to stand up but Mcbride is controlling the position.
Mcbride wants to get back to full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dave No dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
No tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Mcbride sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. No swinging wildly here.
Mcbride shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says No as he avoids it easily. No misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
No throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mcbride tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. No is in Mcbride's guard. Mcbride not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
No slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Mcbride wants to hit a switch here but No passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Mcbride there! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. No controlling from the full mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. No lands with some strikes. No stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Excellent takedown into side control there by No. Mcbride wants to control but No postures up. No is staying tight to Mcbride's torso, preventing him from escaping.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mcbride is looking for a sweep. Mcbride tries to control but No manages to take his back. No keeps control of the position easily here as Mcbride tries to buck him off.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. No avoiding Mcbride 's attempts to control his hands. Mcbride breaks No's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
No looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mcbride is one step ahead there. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Arnoldo Mcbride. No changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mcbride tries to avoid it but No manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mcbride to the ground. Mcbride escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mcbride tries to clinch up. No goes for a double leg but Mcbride avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mcbride continues to drive forward. Mcbride gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. No manages to break the clinch.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mcbride. No circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mcbride shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says No as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arnoldo Mcbride. That's going to take a lot out of him. No gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. No has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Mcbride clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mcbride is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
No is trying to stick to Mcbride's back but Mcbride is turning into No. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in No's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Mcbride. No is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. No avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. No manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dave No showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!
Mcbride is looking to clinch. No takes the fight into the clinch. No has Mcbride pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. No pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Mcbride tumbling to the mat - No dives into Mcbride's guard. No drops back looking for a leg! Mcbride is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mcbride manages to kick No off! No jumps back into Mcbride's guard. Mcbride is striking off his back. No thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. No blocks the strikes from Mcbride.
No is keen to just control but Mcbride is a slippery customer. Mcbride has a hand on No's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. No takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! No avoids the attempt from Mcbride to control. No controlling from the full mount. Mcbride wants to control but No is having none of it. Mcbride is trying to escape the mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Both fighters are breathing heavily. No looking to finish Mcbride with some ground and pound. This is bad for Mcbride! Mcbride tries to hold on but No pushes him away. No with shots to the head and body - Mcbride looks very uncomfortable down there. No lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Mcbride is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! No postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Mcbride in real trouble here! The ref calls for Mcbride to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
