Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Killa J!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mista Jiu Jitsu!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
J wants to clinch up but Jiu Jitsu keeps it at a distance.
J wants to clinch.
J is looking to clinch.

Jiu Jitsu drives through with a takedown into guard.
J is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Jiu Jitsu trying to control the position from guard on top but J is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
J thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
J looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

J is working hard here to advance position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
J with a lazy takedown attempt

and Jiu Jitsu holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Jiu Jitsu keeps control of J as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
J is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Jiu Jitsu escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jiu Jitsu avoids a kick to the body.
Jiu Jitsu shoots in and drives through. J sprawls well.
Jiu Jitsu shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
J tries a low kick but Jiu Jitsu avoids it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Jiu Jitsu misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Killa J has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mista Jiu Jitsu.
Jiu Jitsu circles away from the clinch attempt

and Jiu Jitsu counters by clinching up.
Jiu Jitsu wants a takedown but no success here.
Jiu Jitsu lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of J backwards.

Jiu Jitsu breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
J tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
J blocks a head kick by Jiu Jitsu.
Jiu Jitsu looks gassed!
Jiu Jitsu moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Jiu Jitsu blocks a head kick by J.
Jiu Jitsu lands a nice shot that snaps J's head back.
Jiu Jitsu misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
J throws a front kick aimed at Jiu Jitsu's knee but Jiu Jitsu avoids it well.

J has a takedown stuffed.
Nice takedown defense from J. No joy for Jiu Jitsu on that attempt.
J wants to clinch
and Jiu Jitsu counters with a two punch combo.
J tries to clinch but Jiu Jitsu moves away

and Jiu Jitsu moves into the clinch.
J has had enough of the clinch but Jiu Jitsu keeps him there for the moment.

Jiu Jitsu breaks from the clinch.
Jiu Jitsu swats away the attempt to clinch by J.
J closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jiu Jitsu circles away.

Jiu Jitsu rushes J and presses him up against the cage.
J is looking to break free of the clinch but Jiu Jitsu has double underhooks.
Jiu Jitsu misses with a punch on the inside.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Jiu Jitsu breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
J fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jiu Jitsu keeps the fight on the outside.

J looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Jiu Jitsu!
J misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
J trying to control but he's not successful this time.
J punching from mount but Jiu Jitsu doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Jiu Jitsu tries to hold on but J pushes him away.
Jiu Jitsu really wants to buck J off and get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mista Jiu Jitsu dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


A punch combination from J misses.
J looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Jiu Jitsu closes this distance looking for a takedown but J circles away.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Jiu Jitsu checks a leg kick.
Jiu Jitsu shoots in but J avoids the takedown attempt easily.
J moves in looking to clinch but Jiu Jitsu pushes him off.
J fails with an attempt to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
J tries to bum rush Jiu Jitsu with a series of wild strikes but Jiu Jitsu uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jiu Jitsu is breathing heavily.
J tries to clinch but Jiu Jitsu is having none of it.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from J lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jiu Jitsu has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jiu Jitsu and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Jiu Jitsu tries to clinch up but J circles away and keeps his distance.

That's one minute gone in the round.
J shoots in but Jiu Jitsu avoids the takedown attempt easily.
J throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Jiu Jitsu circles away from the clinch attempt

and Jiu Jitsu counters with a shoot takedown. J fights it but they end up in guard.

J escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jiu Jitsu gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
J manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jiu Jitsu manages to get himself to full guard.
Jiu Jitsu wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and J manages to pass to side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
J is tying to control. Jiu Jitsu wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
J moves into full mount! Jiu Jitsu won't be happy about that!

J is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! J extends the arm and Jiu Jitsu is forced to tap!
